The Adventure of the Bus Ride

Let's go for a ride today,
And find a fun new way to play.
We could take the bus, you see,
And travel to places that are free.

First, we'll wait at the stop,
And make sure our laces are tied up.
Then the bus will come along,
And we'll hop on with a happy song.

We'll find a seat and pay our fare,
And enjoy the sights as we ride there.
But if we want to stretch our legs,
We can get off and walk instead.

Sometimes the way we choose to go,
Might be a bit different, you know.
But as long as we're together,
Our journey will be an adventure forever.

So let's go out and explore,
And see what fun we have in store.
We'll ride, walk, and pay our way,
And make new memories every day!

  4. How did the kids show responsibility by paying for their bus fare, and what did they learn about the value of money?
  5. What other places do you think the kids might want to explore in the future, and what modes of transportation would they use to get there?
