The Harmony of the Woods

In the great wide woods so green and vast,
There lived some creatures who had a blast,
A beaver who built a dam so fine,
To keep the water in a neat line.

Up in the sky, an eagle so grand,
Soaring high over the land,
Looking down at the wolf below,
Who ran so fast, he was quite the show.

A moose, with antlers tall and wide,
Stood majestic, a sight to abide,
While a goose, with feathers white as snow,
Waddled by the lake, nice and slow.

And then, from across the water's tune,
A loon called out, a haunting croon,
The animals stopped and took a look,
For the loon's song was like no other book.

All these creatures, so different and unique,
Lived in harmony, a world quite sleek,
And though they were all different, you see,
They found a way to live in harmony.
